The Nanophotonics Research Center (NPC), NPC seeks to deepen the fundamental knowledge of nanometer-scale light-matter interactions and exploit our findings in various kinds of new principles and technologies. NPC is is the research center for nanophotonics in The University of Tokyo. and is led by the Director Prof. Motoichi Ohtsu.

Prof. Chenzhong Li, principle investigator of the Nanobioengineering/Bioelectronics lab, Biomedical Engineering Department at Florida International Unversity (Miami). Dr. Li received his Ph.D. from Kumamoto University in Japan in 2000. Dr. Li served one year as a post-doctoral research associate at the University of British Columbia and two years as a professional research associate at the University of Saskatchewan and Adnavance Technologies, Inc.
