Duke University Chemists Grow SWNTs in Large Quantity

Description Duke University chemists have found a way to grow long, straight e single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) in very large numbers, removing a major roadblock in the pursuit of nanoscale electronics. These nanotubes also follow parallel paths as they grow so they don't impede electronic performance.
