International Team Shows Light Controls Graphene's Electrical Properties

Description The UK's National Physical Laboratory has published new international research that shows how light can be used to control the electrical properties of graphene. The work could pave the way for graphene-based optoelectronic devices and highly sensitive sensors. The team included scientists from NPL, Chalmers University of Technology (Sweden), University of Copenhagen (Denmark), University of California Berkeley (USA), Linköping University (Sweden) and Lancaster University (UK)
